Introduction

Noor Al Khaleej International School is a private international school in Al Nuaija, Doha, Qatar, established in 2002. The school follows the British (Cambridge) curriculum across preschool, primary and secondary phases and is an approved centre for Cambridge examinations, offering IGCSE and Cambridge AS/A Level programmes. It serves early years through secondary (on file: ages 3 to 16) and operates two dedicated kindergarten campuses at Al Hilal and Duhail for younger children. English is used as the primary language of instruction; Arabic is taught as a first language for native speakers (and as a subject for others) and French is offered as an additional modern language; Qatar History and Islamic Studies are included in the programme. The main campus describes facilities including three science laboratories, a well‑stocked library with internet access, multiple ICT rooms, music rooms, shaded outdoor play and sports areas, a first aid clinic, classroom internet access and interactive whiteboards. The primary phase also references use of the International Primary Curriculum learning goals.
