Amjad International Academy is a private bilingual school based in Al Wakrah (Doha area), Qatar, offering the British Collins International Curriculum alongside the Qatari national curriculum for Arabic language, Sharia (Islamic) studies and social sciences. The academy serves primary-aged children (filed ages 5 to 11) and lists three planned educational stages—elementary, intermediate and secondary—with only the elementary stage open at present and other stages to be opened gradually; the school's published capacity is about 480 students in 24 classes. Instruction is bilingual (English and Arabic), with the British curriculum delivered in English while Arabic, Islamic and social-studies subjects follow the Ministry of Education and Higher Education programmes. Published facilities include an indoor gymnasium, outdoor playgrounds, life‑skills halls, a library and various laboratories, together with safety and special‑needs provisions. The academy also cites integrated life‑skills and themed programmes (for example “My Rights”, “IQ Games” and “Live Practice Lessons”) as part of its curricular approach.
