Billing schedule and payment terms

- Late payment penalties: 5% monthly compounded fine on payments past the due date; legal recovery costs and restricted access to certain school services may apply for overdue accounts. All fees must be received net of bank charges. Cash payments are not accepted in accordance with Portuguese legislation.
- Discounts: sibling discounts (10% for 2 siblings; 15% for 3; 20% for 4 or more). 3% discount on annual tuition if full annual payment is received by 1 July 2026. Discounts are void if fees are not paid according to the payment schedule.

Refund and withdrawal policy
- The Enrolment Fee and any payments made to the school are non‑refundable under any circumstance. If a student does not attend at the beginning of the school year, the Enrolment Fee and Term 1 fees are not refundable.
- Notice of withdrawal: parents/guardians must notify the school in writing at admissions@madeira.sharingschool.org one full term before the student's intended departure. Failure to give one full term's notice will result in charges for the subsequent term. Temporary suspensions or permanent expulsions do not entitle any refund.
