Application fees and initial charges
- No separate registration (entry) fee is charged. An additional fee of PLN 4,000 is required with the first term payment to reserve a place; this PLN 4,000 is refundable if the place is not confirmed. A refundable deposit of PLN 4,000 per child is also required on enrolment and will be returned when the child leaves provided all accounts are settled and school property is returned.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- All fees are quoted and payable in Polish Złoty (PLN). Payment is made in advance on the basis of pro‑forma invoices. Annual payment receives a 4.5% discount when the full‑year invoice is paid by the stated annual deadline. Term payment dates are set on the school's invoices and must be met. Specific invoice payment dates published for the published schedule are: annual/full‑year and Term 1 due 30 June; Term 2 due 20 November; Term 3 due 2 March. When a student starts during a term, tuition is calculated pro rata; special rules apply if a student starts in April. For new students, the first term's tuition fee is increased by PLN 4,000. A 5% sibling discount applies to the third and subsequent children. Parents/Guardians have the right to terminate the Acceptance Agreement with three months' notice. All overseas bank transfer charges are to be borne by the payer.

Refund information
- The enrolment deposit of PLN 4,000 is refundable when the pupil leaves the school, provided all financial obligations to the school have been met and school property has been returned; charges will be applied for items not returned. The PLN 4,000 paid to reserve a place for a new applicant will be refunded if the place is not confirmed. Other refunds are governed by the school's acceptance and payment terms (for example pro rata calculations when a pupil starts mid‑term).

Admissions
The British School Warsaw offers year-round placements for children aged 2.5 to 18, with a simple, fast, and personalised admissions process. We consider the family's application form, previous school reports, year-group availability, and, for older students, academic ability. Applications can be submitted at any time during the year, subject to place availability, and we respond within 24 hours of receiving an application. The Admissions team provides bilingual support in English and Polish. The steps are: make an enquiry; enjoy a guided campus tour; submit an online application (we accept applications all year round, and you'll hear back within 24 hours); placement if suitable; and place secured upon payment of the required fees and deposit. If there is no place available but the child meets entry criteria, we'll offer them a place on the waiting list. Admissions are open and applications are accepted all year round. For assessment and interviews by year group: Early Years – meeting with the Head of the Early Years campus (no formal assessment); Primary (Year 2–6) – interview with Head of Primary/Deputy Head (no formal assessment); Secondary (Year 7–8) – cognitive ability test (CAT4) and interview; Secondary (Year 9–10) – CAT4 and interview (some additional testing may be required); Secondary (Year 12) – CAT4 and interview (language assessment may be required). From Year 4, students may choose between French, German and Spanish. We provide English as an Additional Language (EAL) support and SEN provisions as needed. Polish is an integral part of the curriculum: native Polish students study Polish from Year 2 to Year 11; non-Polish students study Polish as an additional language from Year 1.
