Admissions

Admissions

Class I admissions timeline: 1) Contact the school directly by phone or via the online contact form. The school provides information on the next steps and the required application materials. This initial contact initiates the formal recruitment process for the first year of high school. 2) Fill out and submit personal information questionnaires (or deliver them in person) either by downloading them below or from the documents page. The questionnaires collect essential information about the candidate and family. 3) The candidate and the parents have an interview with the School Director. The interview assesses the candidate's motivations, interests, and fit with the school's program. 4) An English language examination is required for the bilingual class and the pre-IB class, and a mathematics examination is required for students from other education systems. The exams determine readiness for the English-medium curriculum and for mathematics alongside language needs. 5) The list of admitted students is announced. Admission decisions are communicated based on the evaluation of interviews and exam results. 6) A non-refundable enrollment fee is payable. The fee formalizes the student's place in the upcoming academic year. 7) Documents are completed and submitted. Families furnish any remaining paperwork required for enrollment. 8) The final list of admitted students is announced. This confirms the precise cohort for the year. 9) A meeting for parents of Class I students is held (date and time specified by the school). This meeting provides final confirmations and next steps for starting the year, including any last-minute clarifications. IB DP Class III admissions timeline: 1) Personal information forms and additional information questionnaires are submitted at the school between January 10 and April 7, 2025. The school collects required information for candidates seeking entry to Class III IB DP. 2) The Director interviews with parents of the candidates between February 17 and April 15, 2025. The interview assesses the family's expectations and the candidate's suitability for the IB DP program. 3) Examinations are held from April 1–3, 2025. These exams evaluate the candidate's readiness for the International Baccalaureate program. 4) The results of the examinations are published on April 9, 2025. Parents and candidates review the outcomes to determine eligibility for IB DP. 5) The accreditation fee of 3,000 PLN is paid by May 31, 2025. The school requires this fee as part of the IB DP admission process. 6) Paperwork is completed by June 6, 2025. Families submit any remaining enrollment documents. 7) The list of admitted Class III IB DP students is announced on June 27, 2025. 8) A meeting for parents and admitted Class III IB DP students takes place on August 29, 2025 at 18:00. Scholarships

Stypendium USA. The Nazaretanki high school has participated since 2013 in the Global Outreach exchange program, which allows a student to attend a U.S. high school for one year. Global Outreach is aCatholic organization supporting education for youth from Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania, Hungary, and Ukraine. The program's motto comes from John Paul II: “Build the civilization of love.” The organization is based in Wisconsin, where most participants begin their year. Students have the opportunity to attend a U.S. high school for one year at no cost to themselves (the scholarship provided by the program is about $7,000–$12,000), and host families cover basic housing, meals, and transportation to school. Throughout the exchange, participants stay in regular contact with the organizers who provide spiritual support as needed. To date, more than 30 Nazaretanki students have benefited from the scholarship. Recruitment happens annually around October–November and considers grades, teacher recommendations, the principal's endorsement, and the parish priest's input. After selection, students receive information about the chosen U.S. high school and the corresponding host family. Detailed information on costs is available at the Global Outreach program site.
