Curriculum
Polish bilingual program: We are the oldest and most innovative private high school in Lublin. Since 1993 we prepare students for the matriculation exam in accordance with the Polish core curriculum, and in 2019 we implemented a bilingual program with a Polish maturita. We use an integrated subject-language teaching method and teach bilingually in Polish and English. We ensure students learn effectively during lessons and use the foreign language as a tool to acquire and expand knowledge. IB international programs: We have the status of an authorized IB World School (IB World School – World School IB), implementing the Middle Years Programme and the Diploma Programme. We are the most experienced IB DP–authorized school in eastern Poland, offering a demanding and effective educational model that provides students with holistic development and prepares them for adult life and work in a challenging world.

Exam Results
Excellent 2025 matura exam results. For the achievements of our students we were awarded the Gold Shield in the Perspektywy 2026 ranking of high schools.

History
Międzynarodowe Liceum Ogólnokształcące Paderewski in Lublin was founded in 1993 by Adam Kalbarczyk and partners as Private Liceum Ogólnokształcące im. Ignacego Jana Paderewskiego. The school was established under the Akademos civil partnership, with the first campus at Radziwiłłowska 5 and a Łęczna branch operating from 1994 to 2000. It pursued international programs early, achieving IB Diploma Programme authorization in 1999 and IB Middle Years Programme in 2003, with IB PYP added later for the primary. From 1995–1999 the school expanded to new buildings on Archidiakońska 6A/6B and, in 2010, Symfoniczna 1, and in 2020 leadership changes saw Agnieszka Bojczuk become liceum head while the Grupa Żagiel remained owner; bilingual classes began in 2019. The school has published Alfabet Paderewskiego (2021) and has continued to develop its international programs and campus facilities.
