Admissions

Admissions
1. Age and open admission. The British International School Of The University Of Lodz accepts students ages 2.5–19 years old throughout the academic year and operates an open admission policy. Relocation timing does not have to align with the school year, and admissions occur when spaces are available and the child meets the admissions criteria. Class placement is based on the child's date of birth or their school certificate.

2. How to apply and required documents. The admission process begins once the Admissions Coordinator receives the application documents. The required documents are: The Application Form; Signed Fee System Sheet; Previous School Report; Birth certificate; Bank confirmation of the Application Fee payment. These documents may be submitted by post or in person; scanned copies are acceptable but must be followed by signed originals.

3. Application steps. A Diagnostic Test is scheduled with an Admissions Coordinator; for Year 5 and above a CAT4 exam is organized; for Year 12 IB Diploma applicants additional documents (subject choices, cover letter) and a meeting with the IB Coordinator are required. The Head of the respective section reviews the documents, exam results, and teacher opinions and decides whether to offer a place, and if positive, the process moves to Acceptance/Registration.
