The Great International School - Philippines

Located in Iloilo City, Philippines, The Great International School (TGISI) is a private, co-educational day school situated at the NDI Building in Jaro. The school provides education from early years through high school. TGISI operates under a bespoke curriculum that aligns with the Philippine Department of Education standards. It integrates core subjects like Mathematics with specialized practical coursework. Distinctive programs include the Technology and Livelihood Education (TLE) track, where students undertake hands-on modules in agriculture, tree propagation, and mechanical drafting. TGISI encourages students to engage in external academic competitions, particularly in STEM. A notable feature of the school's mathematics program is its active participation in global contests, recently highlighted by a Grade 5 pupil earning a bronze medal at the 2024 International Mathematics Wizard Challenge in Indonesia. The campus features standard classrooms and computer laboratories to support its curriculum. The primary languages of instruction are English and Filipino.
