Rainbow College blends British and Nigerian curricula to serve day and boarding learners aged 10 to 17 in Lagos. The Junior Secondary years offer 12 core subjects with three electives, with Nigerian JSCE and Cambridge Secondary 1 Checkpoint, the latter internationally recognised. Senior Secondary students study 12 core subjects plus three to four electives from 20 options, with final exams including Cambridge IGCSE and WAEC; WAEC and NECO SSCE are important for Western Africa. The college also prepares pupils for university entry with IELTS, SAT, TOEFL and JAMB. Day campuses are in Surulere and Ikota, and the boarding campus is in Maba, Ogun State. Rainbow traces its origins to 1996 as Lagos's first all-boys private college, with Rainbow College for Girls in 1998; the 2005 merger created a co-educational international school. Rooted in Christian faith and pastoral care, Rainbow emphasises character, leadership and service, complemented by sport, clubs and facilities.
Rainbow College has 600 pupils, instruction in English.
