Billing schedule and payment terms

- Payments are expected to commence in January of the invoiced year.
- Families choosing monthly, fortnightly or weekly payment frequencies are encouraged to pay by direct debit / automatic payment.

Refunds, notice and withdrawal
- The enrolment fee (NZD 800.00) and the booking fee (NZD 250.00) are non-refundable.
- One term's written notice is required to withdraw a student. If shorter notice is given, a term's fee will be charged in lieu of notice.

Boarding
- Boarding is not offered; there are no boarding fees.

Sports Facilities

The Cambridge International Curriculum is taught from Year 1 through Year 13. Arts & Creative

There is a strong emphasis on arts and music, including private music tuition during school hours and performance opportunities. Performing groups include the Heart of Worship band and a Dance/Worship Group. 1 – Enquire: Contact the school to discuss questions about PCS. A visit can be arranged to meet the principal and to see the school in action. PCS caters for children from Year 1 to Year 13 and follows the Cambridge International Curriculum with a Christian foundation woven through every aspect of school life. This initial contact helps families understand how PCS supports student learning and community life. 2 – Apply: Decide PCS is the right fit for your family and complete the application form, then return it to the school. The application initiates the formal enrolment process and provides information for the Board to consider. The process requests essential details needed for class placement and enrolment decisions. Families are informed of the outcome as soon as possible after the Board reviews the application. 3 – Interview: A day and time will be arranged for the child to attend an interview. The child meets the principal and may bring certificates, photos or other items to share. The child will visit a prospective classroom and learn about life at PCS. This interview helps both sides determine fit with the school's environment and expectations. 4 – Application decision: All applications are taken to the Board for approval and PCS informs the family of the outcome as soon as possible. The Board considers space availability and enrolment policies when making decisions. Families are kept informed during the decision process.
