Cashmere High School in Christchurch is a co-educational secondary school serving students aged 13 to 18. It operates a bespoke curriculum that allows students to tailor subject choices toward future study and careers, with a yearly Studies Choice handbook detailing courses, entry requirements and costs. Opened in 1956, the school is known for performing arts and scientific programs, reflected in the McCombs Performing Arts Centre, along with a Science and Technology faculty offering Agriculture & Horticultural Science, Biology, Chemistry, Earth & Space Science, Electronics and Physics, Digital Technologies and Multi-Materials Technology.
