Tuition (colegiatura) by year group and per term
- Tuition is charged as a monthly colegiatura and is structured in 10 monthly payments across the academic year (five payments for the Autumn period and five for the Spring period). The published example for the 2022–2023 cycle shows a base colegiatura of MXN 5,750 per month. When the IB monthly concept is included (where applicable) the monthly amount shown was MXN 6,050. Annual totals for the 10‑payment model are:
- MXN 57,500 per year for the base colegiatura (MXN 5,750 × 10).
- MXN 60,500 per year including the IB monthly concept (MXN 6,050 × 10).

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Academic year billed as 10 monthly colegiaturas: five payments for the Autumn period (payments start in September and finish in January) and five payments for the Spring period (payments start in February and finish in June). Every month or period commenced is charged in full. Payments must be made within the first 17 calendar days of each month. Late payment incurs a 3% monthly surcharge on outstanding balances. Discounts for paying the full academic cycle in advance are available under the conditions and deadlines published for each cycle. Suspension of educational services can result from failure to pay three colegiaturas; two unpaid colegiaturas may trigger immediate suspension.

Boarding / residential fees
- Prepa UPAEP Lomas operates as a day (presencial) preparatory campus; boarding/residential services are not provided and therefore no boarding fees apply.

Other recurring or occasional costs
- Annual or occasional charges that are not included in inscription or monthly colegiatura may include: school transportation, textbooks and learning materials, uniforms, camps, extracurricular activities with separate supplier costs, IB examination/certification charges in the final year, and administrative documents or certificates (e.g., reissue of credential, constancias, cartas). These concepts are billed separately as applicable. The inscription package does not include transport, books, supplies, camp fees or other separately contracted activities.

Refund and withdrawal policy (summary)
- Cancellation of inscription: 100% refund if requested at least 60 calendar days before the start of classes; 50% refund if requested at least 30 calendar days before the start of classes; no refund once classes have started.
- Withdrawal during the academic period: if prepaid colegiaturas were made, the unearned portion of prepaid tuition will be refunded for the period after the effective date of definitive withdrawal; original deposit/payment receipts are required to process refunds. Refund requests for account credit balances must be presented with original receipts and are processed within the academic year in which the credit occurred.

Fee payment options and invoicing
- Accepted payment channels: in‑branch bank deposits, bank transfer via CLABE, online payment (cards Visa and Mastercard; American Express via the designated system), domiciliation (automatic charge to debit/credit or to a checking account on selected monthly dates—commonly days 5, 10 or 15), and payment portals provided by the institution (further options include Multipagos BBVA and Santander procedures).
- Facturación (electronic invoicing) is issued automatically the day the payment is reflected in the student's account when fiscal data are on file; if a first‑time invoice is needed the responsible party must register fiscal data through the process indicated by the school. Minimum amounts for certain card promotions may apply. Parents must retain original payment vouchers for any clarification or refund request.

Notes on discounts and scholarships
- Discounts or scholarships (company agreements, family discounts, alumni/family UPAEP benefits, merit or need‑based scholarships) may reduce inscription or colegiatura amounts subject to conditions and documentation and are usually non‑cumulative; eligibility and application deadlines are determined each cycle. Discounts for employees of partner companies may apply when evidence is provided within the deadlines published for the academic cycle.

Practical items for parents
- All payments must include the exact payment reference (matrícula + DV + concept) required by the payment portal or deposit slip.
- Keep original payment receipts; they are required to process clarifications or refunds.
- If claiming a refund or applying a discount, bring original payment documentation and complete the plantel procedures within stated deadlines.
