Billing schedule and payment terms
- Periodos y número de pagos: el año escolar se divide en dos periodos (Otoño y Primavera). Las colegiaturas se pagan en 5 pagos mensuales para Otoño (septiembre–enero) y 5 pagos mensuales para Primavera (febrero–junio), total 10 mensualidades por ciclo. Todo periodo que se inicie se paga completo.
- Fecha límite mensual: cada colegiatura debe pagarse dentro de los primeros 17 días naturales de cada mes; todo mes iniciado se cobra en su totalidad.
- Recargos y consecuencias por mora: recargo del 3% mensual sobre saldos insolutos por pagos extemporáneos; la falta de pago de tres colegiaturas puede originar suspensión del servicio; la falta de pago al cierre de periodo puede impedir la reinscripción.
- Descuentos y prepago: existe la opción de descuento por pago anticipado del ciclo escolar completo en las fechas y condiciones que indique la institución; los descuentos no aplican si el estudiante ya tiene otro apoyo financiero que lo excluya.

- Inscripción: devolución del 100% de la inscripción si la cancelación se solicita al menos 60 días calendario antes del inicio de clases; devolución del 50% si la solicitud se hace al menos 30 días calendario antes del inicio de clases; posterior al inicio de clases no hay devolución de inscripción.
- Colegiaturas prepago y bajas: si existe baja definitiva antes de terminar el periodo académico y se pagaron colegiaturas por anticipado, se devolverá la parte no devengada hasta la fecha de la baja; para tramitar devoluciones es obligatorio presentar las fichas de depósito originales que amparan el pago.
- Procedimiento: la gestión de devoluciones requiere la documentación original del pago y el trámite en el plantel; saldos a favor se pueden aclarar y gestionar dentro del año escolar en curso.

Admissions

1. Request information and an advisor will contact the applicant. The applicant fills in the form with contact details. An advisor will reach out to support the applicant during the admission process.

2. Know the documents you need to submit. For entry to 1st Semester, submit the report card for 1st, 2nd and partial 3rd year of secondary school with a minimum average of 8.5 and no failed subjects. For entry to 3rd or 5th semester, provide the secondary certificate and the grades from the previously studied semester(s), with a minimum average of 8.5 and no failed subjects. Also provide a copy of the applicant's birth certificate, a copy of CURP, and the INE or passport of the person financially responsible for the registration and tuition.

3. Schedule your admission tests online or in person. The tests include a skills test, a diagnostic test for English level, and a psychometric test.

4. Receive your results (face-to-face or online). Feedback on the test results is provided to the applicant.

5. Pay your registration. Payment completes the admission process. A confirmation of payment is issued after the payment, and the campus will communicate the subsequent enrollment steps.

Scholarships

Becas y descuentos disponibles at Prepa UPAEP include a range of options and discounts. Ordinary Scholarship recognizes high academic achievement and is available to new applicants and returning students, with a minimum average of 8.5 and enrollment required. A Sports Scholarship is available to students who demonstrate athletic talent and have been admitted, with a minimum average of 8.0. Scholarship regulations describe the rules for awarding scholarships to students with good academic performance.

Discounts and agreements include the Audi, Volkswagen and SSA arrangement, which provides a discount on enrollment and tuition for children of employees of those companies; a Graduate Discount for children of UPAEP alumni; the Family UPAEP Discount for applicants with direct relatives enrolled at UPAEP; and PROEDUCA, a discount on enrollment, re-enrollment and tuition for children of employees who study at any Prepa UPAEP.
