- All fees paid are not refundable nor transferable to another student's account or another term, except where the school's stated refund conditions (including notice periods) are met.
- All discounts will be forfeited if a student is withdrawn before completion of a term. Advance payments are refundable if withdrawal conditions and notice periods are met.

Assessment and Interview: All prospective students take an assessment test to confirm placement, and an interview is scheduled after the assessment is marked for review with the student and their parents. 3. Registration: After deciding to proceed, register by completing the registration forms and submitting the required documents, the registration fee and deposit. An invoice for school fees as well as books and uniforms will be issued to be paid the month prior to the start of the term. What you need for registration: A copy of the student's IC, Birth Certificate or Passport (ID page and Visa); Latest School Report Card or Checkpoint Results; Registration Fee and Deposit; Other relevant documents as advised.

Scholarships

TFK scholarship: Year 7 to Year 11 students who have achieved 80% and above in all subjects (average across exams, homework and other assignments) are eligible to apply; the scholarship provides a RM500 rebate on the next term's academic fees and is applicable for one term, with the possibility to reapply for the next term. Second and subsequent siblings receive a 10% discount on academic fees for each term. The Referee receives RM300 and the referred party also receives RM300; incentives are payable once registration fees, deposit, and one full term's tuition fees have been paid.
