Deposit, billing schedule and payment terms

Withdrawal and refund conditions

- To withdraw a student a one (1) term written notice prior to the final term is required. Failure to give the required notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- Deposits and any refundable sums will be refunded free of interest but must be claimed within one (1) year from the date the student ceases to be enrolled; unclaimed refundable amounts after one year will be transferred to the School Improvement Fund and will no longer be claimable.
- Application fees are non-transferable and non-refundable. Registration fees are paid on acceptance and treated as non-refundable.
- Deposits are not treated as payment of school fees and cannot be used to set off other amounts payable.

Admission Process for New Students: Step 1 - How to Apply: Complete the Application Form and submit it with all relevant documents and the RM1,000 non-refundable application fee to the school.
