- Early withdrawal / registration cancellation rules (high-level): - Notification must be in formal written form to the Business Office (options provided for submission). Any outstanding balance at departure will result in records being withheld. - If withdrawal or cancellation is notified on or before 30 June, the Stability Reserve (returning students) and Entry fees (new students) remain owed and are non-refundable. - Past 30 June, the registered student will forfeit and owe the full Annual School Growth fee and Stability fee and will also owe a percentage of Annual Tuition Fees depending on the date of notification and departure. The school uses pivot dates (30 June, 30 November and 31 December) and a month‑by‑month percentage schedule to determine the tuition percentage owed.
