Queen Morta School is a private co-educational school operating campuses in Vilnius and Kaunas. Founded in Vilnius in 2013, it now teaches pupils from preschool through Grade 12 in Vilnius and through Grade 10 in Kaunas. The school is Lithuania’s first IB Continuum School across both cities, offering the Primary Years, Middle Years and Diploma Programmes, alongside Cambridge Primary and Lower Secondary education. Lithuanian is central to the school’s programme, while English is taught intensively from preschool and becomes the teaching language for all Grade 11–12 subjects. Students may also study Spanish or French, with some continuing German or Russian. Facilities at the Vilnius campus include creativity laboratories, chemistry and physics laboratories, a sensory room, language centres and sports infrastructure. A distinctive feature is the school’s contextual-learning model, developed by Austėja Landsbergienė, which connects subjects with practical situations. Extracurricular choices include STEAM, coding, medicine, debating, theatre, ceramics, football and chess.
