Lycée International Français de Vilnius is a co-educational French-medium school serving children from approximately 18 months through Grade 12. Established in 1992, it follows programmes set by the French Ministry of National Education and operates within the Agency for French Education Abroad network. The school currently enrols 552 students and employs 48 teachers across two Vilnius campuses. Nursery pupils and Grade 1 students attend the Šilo campus, while Grades 2–12 study at the Subačiaus campus in the Old Town. French is the principal teaching language, supported by Lithuanian from preschool and English from age five. German, Spanish, Italian and Russian are also available. Students can participate in science and mathematics projects, arts activities, language programmes, STEAM, textile design, cooking, basketball and other after-school workshops. A distinctive feature is the school’s multilingual pathway, which combines the French national curriculum with sustained Lithuanian-language study, helping pupils continue within either French or Lithuanian education systems.
