Fees
Application fees
- There are no application fees to enrol as a pupil at Kaunas Panemunė Progymnasium; admission is managed through the school's standard intake process for the municipality.

Tuition fees by school year (per term / per year)
- There is no tuition charged for compulsory general education at Kaunas Panemunė Progymnasium. Education at this municipal (Kaunas City) budgetary institution is provided without tuition for enrolled pupils. There are therefore no per-term or per-year tuition charges for standard daytime schooling.

Billing schedule and payment terms (paid services only)
- Meals: Parents pay for pupil meals except where pupils are eligible for statutory free meal provision (see next section). Meal selection and payment are organised on a monthly basis; parents choose the number of meals for a month and pay according to chosen days/meals. Payment deadlines and exact monthly billing procedures follow the Kaunas municipality / school administration rules.
- All-day school provision and extracurricular activities: The school provides an all-day school service; non-formal (extracurricular) activities held on school premises are delivered by contracted or independent providers and are charged as paid services. Prices, billing schedules and payment terms for those paid extracurricular programmes are set contractually between the provider and the parents (i.e., each activity provider determines the fee and payment terms).
- Payment for uniforms ordered through the designated supplier is required prior to shipment; the supplier requires a bank transfer (payment reference must include the pupil's name and the school) and to send the transfer proof as part of the order process. Online orders include a small administration/shipping charge added at checkout.

Boarding fees (if applicable)
- The school is a day-time municipal progymnasium; there are no boarding facilities and therefore no boarding fees. The school provides all-day schooling services but not residential boarding.

Other costs and fees (examples and typical items)
- School uniform: The school requires specific uniform items and lists unit prices for individual uniform pieces (prices shown in EUR). Representative prices include:
- Jumper with emblem (children's sizes 122–164): EUR 29.00; adult sizes (XS–XXL): EUR 32.00.
- Jacket with emblem (children's sizes 122–164): EUR 33.00; adult sizes (XS–XXL): EUR 36.00.
- Vest with emblem (children's sizes 122–164): EUR 25.00; adult sizes (XS–XXL): EUR 28.00.
- Sarafan / pinafore and skirts: sarafan pleated from EUR 35.00 (children's sizes), skirt pleated from EUR 24.00 (children's sizes). Polo shirts: from EUR 12.00 (child sizes) to EUR 13.00 (adult sizes). Longer-sleeve polo and other variants have separate listed prices.
- Additional uniform-related charges: school emblem attachment EUR 4.00; garment/ sleeve length adjustment EUR 1.00; in‑store single-order administration fee EUR 2.00; online single-order shipping/administration fee EUR 4.00 (all prices shown inclusive of VAT).
- Extracurricular paid activities: Costs vary by activity and provider; each activity provider negotiates price and payment terms directly with parents. The school facilitates use of premises for such paid activities.
- Meals: Where meals are charged, parents pay per the meal-selection/billing arrangement. (Some pupils are entitled to statutory free meals — see the free-meals section below.)

Refund information (paid items)
- Paid extracurricular activities: Refunds, cancellations and exemptions for fees paid for non-formal activities are governed by the contractual terms agreed between the parent and the activity provider. The school facilitates these activities but individual providers set refund policies.
- Uniform purchases: Refunds and returns for uniform items are handled under the supplier's terms and conditions; the supplier's return and exchange policy defines eligibility, timing and any return shipping costs. Payment is completed before shipment for online orders and a payment receipt/transfer copy is required when ordering by bank transfer.
- Meals and all-day service fees: Refunds or credits for meals or all‑day service (for example, missed days) follow the school's / municipality's billing rules and the specific terms published by the school's administration or Kaunas City municipality for that service period. Parents should follow the school's payment and absence-notification procedures to determine any applicable credits or adjustments.

Fee payment options
- Bank transfer (bank payment) is used for uniform orders; parents must include the pupil's name and the school in the payment reference and usually submit proof of transfer when ordering.
- Online payment channels are available through the uniform supplier's online ordering system; the supplier's terms list permitted online payment methods and checkout charges.
- Payment methods for meals, all-day school or extracurricular provider fees depend on the specific fee (municipal billing for meals or contractual arrangements with providers) and may include bank transfer or the payment options the provider / school administration publishes for that service.

Summary statement for database entry
- No application fee; no tuition for standard daytime pupils (municipal school). Paid items that parents can expect to budget for include school uniform (unit prices apply), meals for eligible grades according to municipal/school billing, all-day school services and paid extracurricular activities (fees set by providers). Payment and refund rules for paid services are set either by Kaunas municipality / the school administration (meals, municipal services) or by the individual contracted providers / uniform supplier for vendor-supplied goods and activities.
