Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition is billed in three periods and is due on invoice: around 30 September (1st period), 1 February (2nd period) and 1 April (3rd period); each invoice is payable within 15 days. Any started trimester is due.
- Monthly payment (mensualisation) may be arranged exceptionally at the start of the school year with prior approval (maximum 10 months); acceptance requires a standing bank order (ordre permanent) or guarantee cheques and a signed repayment schedule. Failure to respect the schedule makes the full remaining fees immediately due and may lead to recovery procedures.
- Re-registration is conditional on settlement of all sums due for the previous year by 30 May / 30 June (as stated in financial rules). The registration/re-registration advance is necessary but not sufficient to validate re-registration.

Boarding / internat
- The school provides education from maternelle to terminale and does not list an internat/boarding option in its admissions and financial regulations; transport and catering are offered as external services and billed separately.

Other required or optional costs
- Deposit / advance: LBP 25,500,000 per pupil (see above). Refund rules: returned if departure is notified in writing before 30 June; retained after that date.
- Exam and certification fees: fees for French and/or Lebanese state exams (classes 3ème, 1ère and Terminale) and costs for certain certifications and digital manuals are billed and/or collected; exam fees for state examinations are collected on behalf of the state.
- Committee of parents (cotisation comité des parents): LBP 360,000 per year and/or USD 4 per year (option selected on Eduka billing).
- Caisse de solidarité (optional, per trimester): options available — LBP 1,000,000 / LBP 2,000,000 / LBP 3,000,000 per trimester or USD 10 / USD 20 / USD 30 per trimester; a free/other amount option is also possible. These solidarity contributions are invoiced from the first billing period unless the family notifies otherwise in writing.
- Periscurricular and optional charges (billed as appropriate): periscolaire activities, outings and pedagogical trips, discovery classes, class photos and ID photos, certifications (language and exam preparations), optional medical visits, garderie/aftercare, association sportive, some printing/photocopy charges, translation/certification fees, and other activity-specific charges. These are billed in the period when the service takes place.
- Transport and school catering (cantine): both are provided by third-party companies (transport: VIT; catering: Gala/Gala or another provider) and are billed separately by those companies; transport inscriptions and rates follow the external provider's procedures.
- School books and supplies: complete lists of manuals and supplies per class are published for the school year (manuels et fournitures); the cost of required books and digital manuals is billed or charged as specified in the annual annex.

Remissions, reductions and special cases
- Sibling discounts (fratrie): for students enrolled before September 2015 the discount is 10% on the 3rd child and 20% on the 4th and subsequent children enrolled simultaneously; for students enrolled from September 2015 the discount is 5% on the 3rd child and 15% on the 4th and subsequent children enrolled simultaneously. Partial reductions may be granted for prolonged, medically justified absences (over 40 consecutive days) but any started trimester is due.
- Bourses: French state school grants for eligible French nationals may be applied for through the consular services; when awarded, the school adjusts invoices to reflect granted bourses.

Refund and non-payment policy
- The registration advance is refundable only if departure is notified in writing before 30 June; after 30 June it is retained. Any invoice left unpaid triggers reminders and, after two ordinary-letter reminders without effect, a formal notice and possible legal recovery; costs of recovery become the family's responsibility. Non-payment can block re-registration.

Fee payment options and instructions
- Accepted payment methods (as specified on invoices and at the school):
- Cash at the school cashier for amounts less than USD 500.
- Bank cheque payable to “Lycée Franco-Libanais Nahr Ibrahim.”
- Card payment at the school cashier (card transactions incur a processing fee of 1.35% applied to the cardholder).
- Payments at SGBL bank branches (unless the invoice specifies payment at the school cash desk only).
- Bank transfer (virement) to the school accounts; transfers must reference the invoice number. Provided IBAN examples used by the school for transfers are:

Specific payment modalities and any exceptional instructions (for example for monthly payment plans) are indicated on each invoice.
