Some optional courses require advance payment at inscription; groups with fewer than 10 students may not be opened and their fees will not be charged.

Administrative notes
- The school's admissions section describes a fixed calendar and a three‑instalment payment structure; families are informed of rates and payment schedule in advance of the academic year.

From nursery through secondary, a multidisciplinary team provides daily, individualized follow-up to ensure a calm climate conducive to learning. In Maternelle and Elementaire, dedicated Vie Scolaire referents monitor well-being and maintain the link between school and home. In Secondary, a Conseiller Principal d'Éducation coordinates school life with the support of supervising staff. Psychological support is available through two school psychologists, one for elementary and one for secondary, offering a space for listening and emotional support. The PASS opened in September 2025 to streamline care for students with educational needs, enabling on-site access to external professionals such as speech therapists, psychomotor therapists, and psychologists. Real-time progress is shared with families via Pronote, with regular staff–family meetings reinforcing inclusive engagement.

The arrangement reduces fatigue and saves time for parents while ensuring regular, coordinated follow-up. The school's approach emphasizes continuity and inclusivity, coordinating with families to support each student's academic progression.
