Admissions

1) Application Start Dates: Admission starts on April 2, 2026. 2) Required documents: Applicants must submit to the BBS Admissions Office a completed application form, an official promotion certificate from the previous school certified by the Ministry of Education, official grade transcripts for the past two years, original identification or passport for non-Lebanese, original family civil extract for Lebanese citizens, two letters of recommendation, a nonrefundable application fee of 50 USD, two photos, and a Student Health Form. 3) Application Review: The application is forwarded to the relevant Head of Division who reviews it based on academic and behavioral records. 4) Eligibility for Entrance Exam: The Division Head returns the application to the Admissions Officer who informs the applicant whether eligible for admission. 5) Interview Scheduled: If eligible, an interview is scheduled with the Division Head and/or the Principal. 6) Entrance Exam Notification: The Admissions Office informs the eligible applicant of the entrance exam date and the subject matters to be tested. 7) Entrance Exam Dates: June 25, 2026; July 23, 2026; August 24, 2026; September 8, 2026. 8) Approval for Admission: Results are provided to the Heads of Department; probationary status may be considered for Arabic, French, Math or differences in scope vs. prior schooling; interviews with parents/guardians and students may be required. 9) Ready for Registration: The Division Head notifies the Admissions Office, which informs the applicant of the decision; the applicant will meet with the Principal and Division Head before beginning formal registration; conditions of acceptance are explained. 10) Once Accepted: The applicant should register within two weeks of notification; a one-time nonrefundable Development Fee is charged (Development Fee USD 500; see Tuition Fees page for details). 11) Please Keep in Mind: Accepted applicants who do not register by the registration deadline and pay the registration fee forfeit their right of admission; priority is given to current students' siblings and children of BBS Alumni. 12) Ready to Apply?: Start Your Application Now.
