- The school's published academic calendar shows a three‑installment tuition payment schedule each year (examples of standard installment due dates reported in school calendars include before Oct 30, before Jan 15, and before Apr 15). Tuition deadlines and installment counts are set annually by the school.

- Application and registration fees are explicitly non‑refundable; other incidental costs that families commonly pay at schools — for example textbooks, uniforms, extracurricular activities, exam or external testing fees, and school trip costs — are not itemized with fixed public price lists in the documents reviewed.

Refunds and refunds policy
- Application and registration fees are non‑refundable. No detailed general tuition refund schedule or tuition refund amounts for withdrawal were published in the school documents reviewed.

Fee payment options
- The school publishes parent contact and portal access information (parent portal exists for admissions); explicit, detailed public statements of accepted payment methods (for example: credit card, bank transfer, USD cash, LBP cash) were not listed in the materials reviewed. Families should plan for standard institutional payment methods; the school provides direct contact channels for payment inquiries.

Brief summary of information availability and calculations
- The school's admissions and application materials state that application and registration fees are required and non‑refundable and that registration is needed to reserve places; published numeric annual tuition amounts for the 2026/27 period were sourced from a recent school listing. Annual tuition figures shown above come from a public school listing of fees; per‑term amounts shown above were calculated by dividing those annual figures by the school's three‑installment billing schedule as shown in the school calendar. Where the school's public materials did not publish specific line‑item prices (for example: bus fee, uniform cost, accepted payment methods, or a detailed published tuition schedule on the school site), those specific numbers are not included here.

Admissions

Admissions

1. Submit a completed application form and relevant documentation. Parents or guardians must submit the application together with required documents. A non-refundable application fee is due. This marks the first step in the admissions process.

2. Application review. After all records have been collected, the application will be reviewed. Parents or guardians will be notified whether they have been granted an interview. The interview itself does not guarantee admission.

3. Interviews. All students are required to attend an interview after all materials have been submitted. At least one parent must attend the interview. The interview appointment is not an indicator of eventual acceptance.

4. Acceptance. Acceptance decisions, or updates on the status of the application, are normally released within two weeks of the interview or assessment. Admission is subject to approval by the Admission Committee and the School President. The Committee includes the Academic Director, Principal, Head of Admission, and coordinator. An enrollment contract is signed by the parents upon acceptance.

5. Payment of Entrance Fees. A non-refundable registration fee is due within one week of acceptance to reserve the place until the first tuition payment is due. If the first tuition payment is not made by the deadline, the acceptance may be moved to the waiting list.
