Application / Registration Fees
- No specific, publicly posted application or one-time registration fee amount is published for New Gulf Indian School. The school follows the Ministry of Education fee framework for tuition and handles admission/registration administratively.

Tuition fees by year group (annual and per-term amounts in Kuwaiti Dinars — KWD)
- Kindergarten (KG): Annual tuition KWD 880. Payable in three equal instalments (approx. KWD 293.33 per instalment; final instalment KWD 293.34 to total KWD 880).
- Primary (Grades 1–5): Annual tuition KWD 1,320. Payable in three equal instalments of KWD 440.00 each.
- Middle (Grades 6–8): Annual tuition KWD 1,540. Payable in three equal instalments (approx. KWD 513.33 per instalment; final instalment KWD 513.34 to total KWD 1,540).
- Secondary (Grades 9–12): Annual tuition KWD 1,760. Payable in three equal instalments (approx. KWD 586.67 for the first two instalments and KWD 586.66 for the final instalment, total KWD 1,760).

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition is collected in three equal instalments in accordance with the Ministry/Public Administration directive for Indian-curriculum schools; the instalment values and due dates are fixed by that framework and must be followed by the school. Parents should expect the year's tuition to be split into three term payments.
- The school accepts online fee payments via its Sanad payment portal for parent payments and receipts. Payment processing and available electronic channels are handled through that portal.

Boarding fees (if applicable)
- New Gulf Indian School operates as a day school; no boarding or hostel fees are listed or published for the school.

Other costs and typical additional fees
- Textbooks: Textbook lists are maintained and specific book lists are published for grades; textbooks and materials are charged separately according to the published book lists.
- Transport (school bus): Transport is an optional, separately billed service at most Kuwaiti Indian schools; specific bus-route fees for New Gulf Indian School are not published in the school's public fee statements. Transport fees, when offered, are billed separately from tuition.
- Uniforms and supplies: Uniforms and any uniform-shop charges are additional to tuition; a uniform/dress requirement is standard and parents should expect to purchase uniform items separately. Exact uniform prices are not published in the public fee documents.
- Examination and activity charges: External exam entry fees, activity or extracurricular charges, and some subject/material fees may be billed in addition to tuition where applicable.

Refunds and withdrawal / transfer-certificate terms
- Tuition billing and withdrawal are governed by the Ministry's rules and the school's administrative policy; the Ministry requires instalments and sets constraints on fee collection. Specific published refund tables or a line-by-line refund schedule for New Gulf Indian School (for example: proportion refundable on mid‑year withdrawal, non‑refundability of registration payments, or the exact conditions for release of a Transfer Certificate) are not publicly posted in the school's public fee disclosures. Parents should note that schools frequently require financial clearance before issuing official documents.

Fee payment options
- Online payment: The school uses the Sanad online payment portal for tuition payments and receipts.
- Common electronic payment channels used for school fees in Kuwait include KNET, major credit/debit cards and bank transfers; Sanad-type school payment services in Kuwait are commonly configured to accept KNET and card payments. Specific accepted instruments for each transaction (for example: which card brands, whether bank transfers/IBANs are accepted for term payments) are managed through the school's payment portal and accounts office.

Concise summary of findings and limits of public disclosure
- The Ministry-approved annual tuition rates for New Gulf Indian School for the 2026/27 academic year are: KG KWD 880; Primary KWD 1,320; Middle KWD 1,540; Secondary KWD 1,760. These annual figures form the basis for the three instalments shown above.
- The school's public admissions material confirms tuition is collected according to Ministry guidelines and that the school accepts online payments via Sanad, and the school publishes textbook lists — however, specific published amounts for application/registration fees, transport-route pricing, uniform prices, precise instalment due dates, and a detailed refund/cancellation table are not present in the public fee disclosures examined.
- If you need further item-by-item billing entries (exact registration fee, transport-route prices, uniform price list, instalment due dates, or the school's formal refund table), those specific numeric items are administered by the school's Accounts/Admissions office and the Sanad payment portal and are not published as a comprehensive fee schedule in the public documents reviewed.
