Billing schedule and payment terms

- If a student is withdrawn after attending the first day of school, the first instalment remains due. School reports and transfer documentation will not be issued until outstanding fees are settled. Tuition is not refundable in cases of student suspension for unexcused absence or other disciplinary reasons.

Admissions

Admissions

The school is Arabic and English bilingual and offers a K-12 education meeting international standards. To register a child, parents submit the following to the Student Affairs office and attach the application form with the following items: a copy of the birth certificate and a copy of the Civil ID; official school records for the previous two years and the current year (for students enrolling in grades 2-12). Entrance tests are conducted as part of the admissions process; if the candidate meets all admission criteria, the Student Affairs office will contact parents to schedule an interview for KG candidates and to share the dates of entrance tests for candidates in grades 1-12. A committee of teachers and administrators will decide whether to accept the candidate or not in light of the school's admission criteria. If accepted, final registration requires the following documents: signed Financial Policy; birth certificate (original and copy); vaccination record (original and copy); student's civil ID (original and copy); guardian's civil ID (original and copy); Kuwaiti passport (if any) (original and copy); non‑Kuwaiti passport and valid residency (original and copy); guardian's nationality (for Kuwaitis) (original and copy); guardian's passport and valid residency (for non‑Kuwaitis) (original and copy); 4 recent photographs for iKG1 to Grade 12; 6 recent photographs for nursery; a deposit of KD 100 paid immediately upon acceptance (non‑refundable, non‑transferable); health file opened at the School Health Department if the student does not already have one. If the student is transferring from another school, at the end of the year the parents of accepted students are asked to provide from the previous school: the health file; a copy of the student's latest report card for the last two years; a transfer certificate; and a financial liability clearance letter.
