Billing schedule and payment terms
- The school operates a three-term (trimester) academic year for most year groups; all trimester fees must be paid in advance by the deadlines communicated at the start of each trimester. Candidates in Years 11–13 have most costs (excluding transport and lunch) collected over two trimesters.
- Late payment penalty: KES 5,000 per month will be charged if fees are not paid by the due dates.
- Withdrawal and refunds: A trimester's written notice (submitted in the first week of the final term) or payment of one trimester's fee is required before withdrawal of a child from the school. Application and Enrolment fees are once-off and non-refundable. School textbook deposit amounts are refundable as indicated on the fee schedule.
- Penalty for late collection of students: KES 3,000 per hour (or part thereof) for pick-up after 4:30 p.m.
- Sibling discount on tuition fees only: 2nd child – 5%; 3rd child – 10%; 4th child or more – 15% (applied to tuition fees).
Boarding
- On-campus boarding is not offered. There is an option for girls to use a private boarding facility near the school; the school provides collection and drop-off from that private facility and supervisory staff are placed in that facility. Any fees for private boarding facilities are separate.
Fee payment options and bank details
- Tuition and enrolment payments may be made by electronic bank transfer (EFT) or M‑Pesa. The school's account details for bank transfers are listed under the ADvTECH Kenya account: Absa Bank Kenya PLC, Absa Towers Branch, Account name: ADvTECH Kenya Limited, Account number: 2038900962, SWIFT: BARCKENX, Bank & branch code: 03-077. An ABSA Paybill (business) number is provided for M‑Pesa payments. Application fees are collected online and are payable by credit or debit card when completing the application.
