Billing schedule and payment terms

- Billing frequency: Fees are invoiced termly; fees are payable on or before the first day of each term. A discount and surcharges are applied against the tuition element as noted below.
- Early-payment discount: A 3% discount on tuition is applied when full payment is made within six days of the due date.
- Family discounts (tuition only): 2nd child 10%; 3rd child 20%; 4th child 30%; 5th and subsequent child 40%. Family transport discount (same route) is 50% for the 2nd and each subsequent sibling.
- Late payment surcharge: A surcharge of 1.25% is levied per month on overdue fees.
- Advance payment where vacancies limited: In certain year groups with limited vacancies a 20% advance payment of tuition is payable against the first term's invoice; this advance is not refundable if a confirmed place is not taken up.
- Notice and withdrawal: A full term's written notice (with the headteacher's acknowledgement) is required for withdrawal; failure to give valid notice makes the parent liable for a full term's fees in lieu of notice. The board reserves the right to alter fees with five months' notice.

The school welcomes children from all backgrounds. The Primary school caters for children aged 2 to 13 years. The academic year begins in September, and students can join at any time. To reserve a place, the application form must be completed and a small non-refundable registration fee paid; an offer is made in writing depending on places available. Children who cannot be accommodated immediately are placed on a waiting list. Final admission is subject to interview with the headteacher.
