Refunds and withdrawal policy
- New-family enrollment fee (USD 1,000) is non-refundable except in specified circumstances: if an accepted family declines the offer and requests a refund within five business days of the admission decision acceptance email; in cases of non-acceptance (with no sibling attending) if a written refund request is submitted within 10 business days; and in documented inability to relocate to the Dallas/Fort Worth area for families residing outside the area, if requested by the first planned day of attendance. Refunds are not automatic and must be requested in writing. For mid-year withdrawals, a 30-day written notice is required; failing to provide a 30-day notice makes the family responsible for the next tuition installment.
