- Costs explicitly not included in tuition (examples): didactic materials; books and digital platforms; computer platforms and software; teaching laboratories and workshops; school trips and compulsory workshops; pre‑ and after‑school services; extra‑curricular activities (some optional activities have additional fees); school uniforms (compulsory from Kindergarten) and backpacks/trolleys. Chromebook is compulsory in Primary and is not included in the tuition price.

- Optional costs called out separately in High School: IB DP2 examination fees and certain external lectures/workshops may incur extra charges; optional private lessons or activities (e.g. piano) incur separate charges.
- Discount policy for multiple children: discount for the 2nd and 3rd child applies only when those children attend at the same time.
Refunds and non‑refundable items
- The admission test fee of EUR 200 is explicitly non‑refundable. No other specific tuition refund terms are listed in the fee documents.
Fee payment options
- The fee documents list bank transfer (IBAN / BIC) as the payment mechanism and provide the receiving entity and IBAN for the relevant institute. Bank charges must be paid by the payer.
