History

Rast Education is a branch of the Rast Group of Companies Ltd., established in 2014 to improve and develop education in Iraq, particularly the Kurdistan Region. The first international school opened was the British International School – Zakho, offering kindergarten through middle school for ages 3 to 18; in 2015 the British International School – Duhok opened with the same specifications.
