History
BBIS was founded by Ms. Rawah Alostah, Co-Founder, CEO, and Head of School, who pursued a world-class education in Baghdad after seeking options in Beirut, London, and Erbil. The school is located in the Al-Nasim Residential Complex off Baghdad Airport Road. On 29 July 2025, the Iraqi Council of Ministers approved BBIS as a licensed international school following the British curriculum. BBIS began operating before formal approval, uniting educators from four continents in Baghdad. It is the first school in Iraq to teach Artificial Intelligence and Robotics from kindergarten.
