1. Create an Online Application account and then Create A New Student Application for your child. You can log in and out of your account and access your open application. You can print completed applications and reprint supplemental forms if needed. This system lets you track progress through the admissions process. 2. Include Birth Certificate, Passport for the applicant and at least one parent, KITAS or KITAP, and a recommendation letter from the most recent school, along with academic records.
