This applies to Early Childhood through Grade 10. 2. Submit grade-appropriate documents. For Early Childhood through Grade 6, documents include the online registration form, copies of birth certificate and family card with the child's name, copies of both parents' IDs, and color photos (2x3 and 3x4), plus relevant parent questionnaires and a school fee list. For higher grades, additional items may include legalized school reports and passport/KITAS copies for foreign nationals. 3. Attend Open House or arrange a visit with admissions staff. Open House information notes that prospective families can visit to learn about CBCS's vision and admissions process, and CBCS is open for visits Monday–Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. to tour facilities and receive admission information. 4. Complete enrollment and payments. Enrollment is accessed via the Enroll Now option, and there is a structured pathway to finalize enrollment and tuition payments as part of CBCS's admissions flow. 5. Apply for Financial Aid if eligible. The Financial Aid Program is available for new students in Grades 7 and 10, with specific document requirements, annual renewal, and multiple aid levels (25%, 50%, 75%, or 100%), covering Registration and Tuition Fees but excluding Workbook, Student Supplies, and Uniform; awards are determined by the CBCS Foundation and can be discontinued if requirements are not met.
CBCS offers a Financial Aid Program for external/new students, with eligibility primarily for Grades 7 and 10. The program requires no registration fee and a set of documents (birth certificate, parents' IDs, family card, last two semesters' report cards, optional pastor's letter, recent color photos, and additional financial documents such as utility bills and tax receipts). Eligibility includes Indonesian citizenship and an average semester score of 85 for the applicable grade level; the aid can be 25%, 50%, 75%, or 100% of Registration and Tuition Fees, with Workbook, Student Supplies, and Uniform remaining the responsibility of the recipient. The aid is valid for three academic years (G7-9 or G10-12) and requires annual renewal with updated financial documents; CBCS Foundation reserves the right to discontinue aid if requirements are not met. For SOL students advancing to Grade 10 (SOR), reapplication is required, and a quarter-to-full aid decision may depend on whether the semester average meets the threshold; the aid amount is determined by CBCS and is not negotiable.
