If withdrawal occurs after 30 April, the full year's fee is charged/forfeited.
- EXISTING STUDENTS: A written notice of withdrawal is required with a minimum of three months' notice prior to the end of the academic year (latest by 31 December). If withdrawal notice is given after 31 December, three months' fee (of the following academic year) will be charged extra. Withdrawal at any time after the commencement of the academic year (1 April) will result in the full year's fee being charged/forfeited. School Leaving Certificate (Transfer Certificate) is issued only after clearance of dues. Refunds of security deposit require a formal request letter and are processed in INR; security deposit refunds are paid after the school audit (end of November). Security deposit is non-transferable and non-adjustable to another student's account.

Admissions

1. Getting Admissions. Unison World School welcomes girl candidates from diverse social and cultural backgrounds who demonstrate a desire to continuously learn and grow. The academic session begins in April each year. Registrations are accepted for Grades VI to IX (ICSE), XI (ISC), Grade IX (IGCSE) and Grade XI (AS Level). The CISCE/CIE framework applies with two terms: First Term from 1 April to 30 September; Second Term from 1 October to 31 March.

2. Registration submission. The candidate/parent fills the Application for Registration and submits it to the School Admissions Office along with the prescribed Registration Fee and the following documents: Birth Certificate (in English), two recent passport-size photographs of the candidate, a copy of Aadhaar Card, a copy of Passport, and a copy of the latest Marksheet.

3. Registration acceptance and admit card. The acceptance of the Application for Registration and fee does not guarantee admission. If the Application for Registration is found to be correct, a confirmation of the registration is dispatched to the parents. An Admit Card along with the syllabus, date of Aptitude Test and sample question papers is dispatched to the parents.

4. Aptitude/proficiency tests. For Grades VI to IX: Proficiency test in English, Mathematics and Logical Reasoning. For Grade XI Science: Proficiency test in English, Integrated Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) and Logical Reasoning. For Grade XI Commerce: Proficiency test in English, Mathematics and Logical Reasoning. For Grade XI Humanities: Proficiency test in English, Social Science (History, Civics, Geography and Economics) and Logical Reasoning.

5. Merit list and admission formalities. Based on the performance in the Aptitude Test, a merit list of the candidates is prepared and the concerned parents are intimated. A Provisional Admission Letter is sent to the parents of the candidates who have qualified. The parents are then required to complete all the admission formalities, including the payment of School Fees and other applicable charges, by the scheduled date.
