Step 1. Enquiry Form. Online registration for admission for the new academic year commences in August of each year. The Enquiry Form is available online, and submission initiates contact from admissions staff. An admissions coordinator will discuss required information and guide the family through the next steps, including timelines and eligibility details. Step 2. Admission Team Response. A coordinator will reach out to discuss further information, answer questions, and outline the next steps in the admissions process. The coordinator provides guidance on required documents, timelines, and any assessments as applicable. Step 3. Submit Application Form. Submit the online application form to begin enrollment. Birth certificate, a passport-sized photo of the student, and a vaccination card must accompany the application; the vaccination card is required for Grade 2 and above. The application form can be completed online via the provided portal. Step 4. Student Interaction with Head of the Programme. The learner participates in an interaction session with the Head of the Programme. The interaction assesses fit with the programme and discusses academic goals and expectations. This interaction is a formal component of the admission process. Step 5. Payment of Fees. After admission is cleared and notification is received, the parent proceeds with fee payment to secure the seat. The payment finalizes enrollment and reserves the place. Post-interaction and admission clearance, additional documents are required: Aadhar cards for the child and parents; a reference letter from the last attended school; the Transfer Certificate; a passport copy for foreign nationals; and a No Dues certificate from the previous school. Step 6. Welcome Letter. An admission number is generated and a Welcome Letter confirming the seat is handed over to the Parent/Guardian.
