Billing schedule and payment terms
- Standard instalment dates: 1) At the time of admission (first instalment); 2) 1–10 July (second instalment); 3) 1–10 October (third instalment); 4) 1–10 January (fourth instalment). Fees are presented as four equal instalments (where the first instalment for new students includes the one-time admission fee). Late payment incurs a charge of INR 25 per day.
- Payment timing requirement: fees for a confirmed admission must be remitted within the prescribed timeframe for confirmation of admission.
Boarding / Hostel fees and schedule
- Hostel admission fee (one-time): INR 20,000.
- Hostel annual fee (A.C. hostel):
- For younger classes / Class I to VIII: INR 280,000 per year.
- For higher classes / IX to XII: INR 300,000 per year.
- Hostel security deposit: INR 10,000 (refundable).
- Imprest (incidental/working advance) collected: INR 5,000 (collected half‑yearly as indicated).
Other recurring or optional charges
- Day boarding charges (optional): INR 3,000 per month for after‑school care until 4:00 PM; INR 5,000 per month for after‑school care until 6:00 PM.
- Meals charges (where applicable): INR 3,000 per month (Breakfast + Lunch).
- Additional subject fee for Grades XI & XII (sixth subject): INR 10,000.
- Late fee for overdue instalments: INR 25 per day.
- Optional examination / subject-wise examination fees may be charged for Grades X, XI and XII (Cambridge: subject-wise additional examination fees are noted).
- Uniforms, textbooks, transport, medical insurance and other personal or third‑party costs are not itemised in the published annual fee schedules above and should be budgeted for separately unless otherwise advised. Contact the school finance office for specific charges for these items.
Refund information
- General rule: fees once paid are neither refundable nor transferable. This rule applies to regular tuition and related fee instalments as stated in the published fee schedules.
- Exception: the hostel security deposit (INR 10,000) is stated as refundable.

- The published fee schedules do not enumerate specific payment channels (credit card, bank transfer, online gateway) within the schedule documents.
