Fees
Application fees

- Application fee and admission charges vary by grade; the school communicates the applicable application/admission charges during the admissions process and in the official brochure.
- A provisional admission is confirmed only after submission of the admission form and payment of the first-quarter fees.

Tuition fees (per year / per term / per grade)

- Specific tuition amounts by grade (per term or per year) are not published as fixed figures in the public admissions materials. The school provides a detailed fee schedule to parents through the admissions office and in the official brochure at the time of application/offer.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- The school requires payment of the first-quarter fees at the time an admission offer is accepted; subsequent fee instalments are charged as per the school's fee schedule and academic terms.
- Payments are processed through the school's online payment facility; a payment link may be sent to parents by SMS or email when documents are in order. Transaction convenience fees are borne by the cardholder.

Boarding fees and related charges

- Boarding (residential) options are available with twin-sharing (generally for higher grades) and quad-sharing (for younger boarders). Boarding charges are set by grade and accommodation type and are included in the school's fee schedule provided to parents.
- An imprest/security amount will be collected ("as per the fee schedule") to meet incidental expenses for boarders; expenses incurred by the pupil are deducted from this imprest.
- Scholarship awards that apply to boarding students are handled against the boarding/boarding-charges head as per the school's scholarship rules.

Other costs and routine extras

- Parents are required to supply the prescribed school/boarding uniforms for boarders. Additional costs such as laundry, medical requirements, activity charges, transport, study materials, and security deposit may apply as separate heads in the fee schedule.
- Outstanding dues must be cleared before issuance of Transfer Certificate; notice/withdrawal clauses and the timing for clearance of security deposit and dues are described in the school's withdrawal/transfer documentation.

Refunds and cancellations

- Payments are made through the school's payment gateway and are treated as non-cancellable from the payment portal; refund and cancellation follow the school's policy. Convenience fees charged by the payment gateway are not refundable. If fees are paid twice for the same transaction, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the same source; typical processing windows stated are 10–20 working days depending on the case and subject to deduction of any applicable cancellation charges and convenience fees.
- Any concession or scholarship adjustments are processed according to the scholarship rules and the timing/heads shown in the school's fee schedule.

Fee payment options

- The school accepts online payments via its payment gateway (payments are processed through Atom Technologies). Parents receive a payment link by SMS/email after submission and verification of application documents; cardholders must bear transaction fees charged by the gateway.
- The school uses a parent/administrative portal for fee payment and account management (parent login / Edunext platform).

Summary guidance for parents

- Exact monetary amounts for application fees, tuition (per grade / per term / per year), boarding charges, transport and other ancillary fees are provided directly to applicants in the official fee schedule and at the time of admission; the school requires first-quarter fee payment to confirm a seat and enforces the refund/cancellation and withdrawal clauses described above.
