Billing schedule and payment terms
- Standard billing option: two equal instalments. For most students the instalment deadlines are: first instalment payable by 15 March and second instalment payable by 15 September.
- For Grade XI and XII (IB and CAIE) the instalment deadlines are: first instalment payable by 15 June and second instalment payable by 15 December.
- A fee concession of 4% on the School Fee/Annual Fee is available when the full year's fee is paid by 15 March (for existing students) or at the time of joining (for new students).
- Late payment penalties: a fine of INR 1,000 per day is applied for fee payments made after the due dates indicated in the fee policy; a penalty of INR 5,000 is charged for dishonoured cheques.
- Parents wishing to pay by instalments may be required to submit post-dated cheques for the future instalments.

Boarding fees
- Boarding & lodging are included within the Consolidated School Fee amounts listed above; there is no separately listed annual boarding fee in the consolidated schedule. Additional boarding‑related personal expenses (laundry, extra diet, dry-cleaning, beautician, bed linen, toiletries, etc.) are paid from the student's Imprest account and are charged separately.

Other recurring and incidental costs
- Imprest (student personal expense) account: initial deposit required at admission INR 50,000; a minimum balance of INR 10,000 must be maintained; parents must top up when notified.
- Educational Learning Journeys / excursions (national and international) are charged separately when scheduled and are mandatory for national journeys.
- Specialized coaching (medical/engineering/SAT/CLAT, etc.), competitive coaching, certain activity classes, extra stationery, some clubs, photographs, out-of-school sports, exam fees and other items listed in the fee policy are chargeable in addition to the consolidated fee.
- Uniforms, some books & stationery are covered under the consolidated fee per the school's policy; additional or replacement uniform items, tuck‑shop purchases and personal items are extra.

Refund and withdrawal policy
- Security deposit: refundable without interest after adjustment of dues and completion of the student's studies or on withdrawal; refund is processed in INR only and after completion of the annual audit (after 31 October).
- Withdrawal by existing students: written withdrawal requests must be submitted by 15 February. If withdrawal notice is given after the due date, parents are liable to pay 50% of the School Fee/Annual Fee of the next year (i.e., the first term fee). If withdrawal occurs any time after 30 September, the full year's fee shall be charged.
- Withdrawal by new students: if a student withdraws or does not join before the commencement of the academic year (01 April), registration and admission fees are forfeited and only the paid School Fee/Annual Fee (if any) will be refunded. If withdrawn within three months of joining, 50% of the Annual Fee is forfeited; if withdrawn after three months, 100% of the Annual Fee is charged and registration/admission fees are forfeited.
- No refunds (except the security deposit, after adjustment of dues) are made in cases of non-performance, low attendance, expulsion for disciplinary reasons, or cancellation/termination of admission; transfer certificates are issued only after all dues are cleared.
- The school's fee, withdrawal and refund rules are applied strictly as per the published policy.
