Admissions

1. Eligibility and conditions for transfer admission. The school requires that the student reside in Delhi or nearby areas and be of elementary or middle school age. The student must have Japanese-language ability to receive instruction in Japanese for the grade to be entered. The guardian must have Japanese-language ability to communicate with the school and must be a regular member or an associate of the Delhi Japanese Association. For transfer into the 9th grade, applications are accepted only if the student can enroll in April; applications after May are not accepted. For other grades (G1–G8), applications within the academic year must be submitted by the end of February.
2. Fees. For the 2026-2027 academic year, the admission fee is 300,000 rupees; entry from affiliated kindergarten costs 150,000 rupees. Tuition is 31,000 rupees per month and the bus fee is 9,500 rupees per month. The school bills these amounts for the same academic year.
3. Payment methods and timing. The admission fee, tuition and bus charges are paid in rupees in two installments: April–September and October–March. Payments are accepted by bank transfer or by check. For attendance days, the count includes weekends and Indian holidays; in the event of transfer-in four days at the end of the month are not charged, and in the event of transfer-out four days at the start of the month are not charged.

A student who remains enrolled in a Japanese school cannot transfer to this school.
