Fees

Annual tuition at Heritage Girls School ranges from INR 500,000 for 2026/27.

Application / one-time admission charges

- Registration fee (Indian nationals & SAARC): INR 20,000 (one-time, payable at registration).
- Admission fee (Indian nationals & SAARC): INR 40,000 (one-time, payable at admission).
- Security deposit (Indian nationals & SAARC): INR 50,000 (refundable subject to school refund policy).
- For international students the one-time charges are quoted in US dollars: Registration USD 150 (one-time); Admission USD 750 (one-time); Security Deposit USD 1,000 (refundable subject to the school's refund rules).

Tuition / recurring fees (per class group and term)

- Classes VI–XII (stated fee bracket): Tuition fee per quarter: INR 125,000. This is the stated quarterly tuition for classes listed in the CBSE mandatory information. Annualised, this equals INR 500,000 (four quarters).
- The published annual fee schedule heading references the 2026–2027 academic year for new admissions; examination fees, books, uniform, stationery and other personal expenses are not included in the tuition figures and are payable in addition.
- Third‑party listings that aggregate school fees show comparable overall annual/boarding estimates (examples recorded: estimated annual recurring fees ~INR 470,000–500,000 and boarding charges listed separately by some aggregators around INR 450,000). These third‑party figures are presented as market estimates and are not the school's itemised charge schedule.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Academic year: April to March; two terms (April–September; October–March). 1st installment due by 1 March; 2nd installment due by 1 October. Failure to clear dues may attract interest and could affect enrolment status.
- Late payment penalty: default attracts a charge (stated at 2% or more per month in published school materials) and repeated default may result in a request to withdraw.

Boarding fees and residential arrangements

- Heritage Girls School is a fully residential (boarding) school. The school's official tuition schedule lists the tuition amount per quarter for the relevant class groups; that tuition is the principal recurring education charge for residential students.
- Some third‑party fee summaries present an explicit annual “boarding” line item (e.g., ~INR 4,50,000 on certain aggregator pages). Use the school's stated tuition and admissions documents for the official recurring fee figures for a given year and class.

Other costs and recurring extras

- Examination fees, books, prescribed stationery, uniform, and other personal expenses are not included in the tuition/boarding figures and must be paid in addition. Uniform and textbook costs are billed separately as required.
- The school publishes that fees, charges and deposits are liable to revision at any time; bursaries and scholarships may be available for eligible candidates (defence personnel concessions and merit scholarships are noted).

Refunds and withdrawal rules

- Withdrawal notice: Parents are required to give three months' written notice for the withdrawal of a pupil. Transfer Certificate and clearance of dues are required before any leaving documentation is issued.
- Security deposit refund: The security deposit is refundable but is processed only for students who have been issued a school‑leaving certificate; the refund is typically actioned in the session following the year in which the student withdrew. Final refund handling follows the school's admissions/refund policy.

Fee payment options (how payments can be made)

- Accepted payment methods: Online bank transfers / NEFT / RTGS, bank transfer, cheque or demand draft made in favour of the school; the school also lists bank account details for direct transfers (Axis Bank and HDFC Bank accounts are provided in the school's payment‑options information).
- The school's communications and admission literature also reference use of authorised payment platforms/collecting partners for fee payments in some cases; card/third‑party aggregator options are available where that payment channel is enabled by the payment partner.

- Registration (India/SAARC): INR 20,000 (one-time).
