Parents are required to maintain the stated Imprest amount and replenish it as and when required. Minimum balances and replenishment rules are applied.

- Fee billing is term‑based (1st term April–September; 2nd term October–March) and the school publishes term amounts as described above.
- Late payment penalty: INR 300 per day will be levied for any fee remitted after the due date.
- The school reserves the right to raise fees annually; a published guideline indicates typical increases in the range of 15–20% per year in view of inflationary costs.

Refunds and withdrawal / cancellation terms
- General refund policy: once the admission process is complete, the school does not entertain refunds of fees except in limited circumstances where cancellation by the school is deemed legitimate; any refund in such cases is determined on a case‑by‑case basis. Cancellation by the parent after admission completion does not ordinarily entitle the parent to a refund.
- Withdrawal policy and forfeiture rules: if a student is withdrawn or does not join before the start of the academic year, registration, admission and term fees are forfeited and remaining Imprest and security (caution) amounts may be refunded subject to the policy. Parents who withdraw mid‑term are not entitled to a refund of fees and the security deposit may be forfeited. A written notice of withdrawal at least 90 days before the start of the term is normally required to avoid additional forfeiture. Refunds, if any, are processed after the school audit. Transfer certificates are issued only after clearance of dues.

Fee payment options
- Bank transfer / RTGS to specified school accounts (ICICI Bank details and account numbers are provided for fee remittance by bank transfer/RTGS).
- Online payment gateway: the school accepts payments via its online payment gateway (credit card, debit card, net‑banking, UPI and wallets through supported gateways such as PayU and CCAvenue for registration and fee payments).

Notes on grade‑wise fees
- The school publishes fees by student category (India & SAARC vs International), by term and by programme (e.g., CIE/IGCSE where a separate curriculum fee applies). A separate, grade‑by‑grade fee schedule is not published in the publicly available fee documents; the school presents the term amounts shown above rather than a per‑grade breakdown.
