Tuition fees by year group and per term
- Tuition amounts for each pupil are determined and confirmed by agreement between the school and the pupil's parents/guardians; the school does not publish a single public fee table with per-term or per-year figures. Families receive the agreed tuition amount for the relevant year group and payment schedule as part of the enrolment agreement.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Electronic payment is processed through the school's online payment system using a unique payment code assigned to each student. Tuition amounts are treated as fixed once agreed between the school and parents.

Boarding fees (if applicable)

Wellbeing

Social and Emotional Learning (SEL)

Ionios School's kindergarten aims to help very young children develop physically, intellectually, emotionally and socially. A school psychologist is available to provide guidance when needed and to advise parents and teachers at the beginning of a child's education. The psychologist's role includes counseling on emotional development, behaviour and learning difficulties, working with families and educators to support the child. The school emphasises a collaborative parent partnership with regular communication between the school and families. Teachers receive regular professional development on mental health topics through seminars led by the school psychologist, three times a year.

English as an Additional Language (EAL)

English is taught as part of the morning programme with daily lessons from 1st to 6th grade. Most classes are taught in English, with English as the language of instruction for the majority of subjects; language subjects are taught separately. A second foreign language is introduced in 4th grade (French or German). The school offers English, French, German and Spanish as foreign languages, while Greek language is part of the Greek national curriculum. In the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme, all classes except language subjects are taught in English.

Mental Wellbeing

A school psychologist provides counseling and guidance to children, parents and teachers on emotional development, behaviour and learning difficulties. The psychologist works with students as a whole, in collaboration with families and educators. The school conducts three annual teacher seminars on mental health topics under the supervision of the school psychologist. The psychologist also supports mental health awareness and education across the school.

Safeguarding

The safeguarding framework covers the safety of children in the school environment, building safety and health protocols. A Mechanical Engineer monitors the buildings, safety systems and outdoor spaces to ensure safe operation. A doctor visits classrooms to liaise with teachers and administration and to ensure hygienic conditions; first aid spaces and a trained nurse provide on-site medical care. Absences must be reported by telephone in the morning to enable effective attendance monitoring and to follow public-health guidance for contagious illnesses. When transporting students, a defined bus pickup/drop-off point is agreed with families, and hospital ambulance support is available for emergencies during activities.
