- Primary/Secondary (day school): GEL 11,900 per year.

Tuition fees by year group and per term
- No publicly published, grade-by-grade fee schedule or explicit termly breakdown for Buckswood International School Tbilisi was found in available public sources. The only specific published figures located are the single annual amounts above; per-term or per-year-group rates are not publicly listed.

Application / registration fees
- There is no publicly available statement of a one-off application, registration or enrolment fee (amount or whether it is refundable) for new students. Public sources do not list an admissions deposit or registration charge for the Tbilisi campus.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- A specific billing schedule (for example: invoicing dates, termly deadlines, discounts for full-year prepayment, or penalties for late payment) is not published in the publicly available material reviewed. No official term-by-term invoicing timetable or stated payment terms for the 2026/27 or 2025/26 academic year could be located.

Boarding fees
- Buckswood International School Tbilisi is described in public listings as a day school; there is no published boarding provision or boarding-fee schedule for the Tbilisi campus. (Boarding exists at other Buckswood-branded schools internationally, but the Tbilisi campus is listed as a day school.)

Other costs and fees
- Preschool annual fee is reported to include meals, materials and excursions.
- No published amounts were found for other likely additional costs such as school uniform, transport (school bus), optional extracurricular activities, examination fees (national or international exam boards), textbooks, or device/technology charges. These items are commonly charged separately by schools but no specific fee amounts were publicly listed for the Tbilisi campus.

Refund information
- There is no publicly available policy text specifying refund conditions (for example: refunds for withdrawal before term start, partial-term refunds, or refund of deposits) for Buckswood International School Tbilisi in the sources reviewed.

Fee payment options
- Publicly available information does not list the school's accepted payment methods (bank transfer, credit/debit card, local currency requirements, or online payment portal) for tuition and other charges. No definitive public statement of accepted payment channels was found.

Summary of findings and limitations
- The specific, load-bearing figures publicly available for Buckswood International School Tbilisi are the annual amounts: Preschool GEL 8,000 per year (reported to include meals, materials and excursions) and School education GEL 11,900 per year.
- Detailed items requested in your brief — per-grade fees, per-term billing amounts and schedule, application/registration fees, detailed lists of additional charges (uniform, transport, exam fees), refund policy text, and the list of accepted payment methods — are not published in the publicly accessible sources reviewed. This means the document above contains the specific fee numbers that are publicly reported and otherwise indicates which fee items and terms were not available in public fee schedules.

(If you require the specific missing line items — for example per-term invoices, grade-specific fees, registration deposit amounts, or payment-method details — those items are not present in the publicly available fee information reviewed.)

Buckswood International School Tbilisi is a day school serving ages 5–18 across two campuses, Gelovani and Tsqneti, with a Georgian National Curriculum foundation enhanced by British traditions and European innovations. The program blends Georgian language and literature, Mathematics, sciences, Art and music, and languages (English, German, French, Russian) with an Innovation and Modern Professions strand (programming, robotics, 3D modeling and printing, industrial design basics). It uses VR/AR, flipped classrooms, project-based learning, debates, and role-play, and replaces traditional classes with 'subject classes' grouped by track, house membership, age and gender balance to ease socialization and rapid adaptation. The school offers Pearson Edexcel IGCSE and, from 2026 on-site, A Levels at Tsqneti with examinations on campus. Daily life runs 9:30–17:00 with meals, extended day, and excursions; a dormitory is available at Gelovani. The Buckswood House System and international study tours broaden leadership, culture and global awareness.
