Fees

Annual tuition (published amounts)
- I–IV (Grades 1–4): GEL 8,000 per year.
- V–IX (Grades 5–9): GEL 9,000 per year.
- X–XII (Grades 10–12): GEL 10,000 per year.

Application / registration fee
- No separate application or registration fee is published in the school's public admission/enrolment documentation.

Per-term breakdown and billing schedule / payment terms
- The school's publicly available documents provide annual tuition figures but do not publish a per-term tuition breakdown or a standard public billing schedule for the regular K–12 programme. Payment timing, instalment options and any late‑payment terms are set out in the enrolment/education contract between the school and the student's parent or legal representative.

Boarding fees
- The school does not currently operate a boarding programme for the Batumi campus; a University College and Boarding School are planned for a future phase (2026–2028). No boarding fees are published for current intake.

Other costs and compulsory items
- Uniform: a branded uniform (orange and dark blue) is required for Grades 1–9; Grades 10–12 have more freedom of dress within the school's rules. Specific prices for uniform items are not published.
- Additional programme fees: some short courses, summer schools, camps and professional programmes list separate fees (examples include summer-school and short-course fees shown in programme notices). Those programme fees are billed separately from regular tuition and may include accommodation and meals where offered.

Refunds and credits
- When a student transfers out of the school, any prepaid tuition is returned to the student's legal representative within five (5) working days (where a prepaid amount exists), in accordance with the school's enrolment/mobility procedures. Other refund rules (for short courses or professional programmes) are governed by the specific programme terms.

Fee payment methods and practical payment details
- Bank transfer: the school uses bank transfers for payment of programmes and events (programme pages publish the school's Georgian bank IBAN and recipient name for transfers).
- Instalments: some programmes (for example staff training or short courses) are explicitly offered with staged payment arrangements; instalment schedules for a student's regular tuition are determined by the enrolment contract.

Limitations of the published information (important)
- The only explicit, published K–12 tuition figures located in the school's public documents appear as annual amounts in the school's financial forecast for the 2024–2025 period (see figures above). A formal fee schedule showing per-term amounts, exact billing dates, standard instalment plans, any application/registration fee, detailed lists of optional extra costs (transport, meals, clubs) or an official 2026/27 (or 2025/26) academic‑year fee table is not published in the school's publicly available documents. The school's enrolment contract and programme notices are the documents that specify payment timing, instalments and certain programme fees.
