Billing schedule and payment terms

- Bücher und Unterrichtsmaterialien: die Jahresgebühren beinhalten Bücher und Unterrichtsmaterialien von der Vorschule bis zur Klasse 10; detaillierte Lernmittel‑/Materiallisten sind pro Klasse verfügbar.

- Uniformkosten: keine fest ausgewiesenen Pauschalbeträge für Uniformen in der veröffentlichten Gebührenordnung; Materiallisten und Lernmittellisten werden getrennt bereitgestellt.

Ermäßigungen, Zuschläge, Nichtzahlung

- Sozial gestützte Ermäßigungen: Es besteht die Möglichkeit einer Gebührenermäßigung aus sozialen Gründen; die Höhe und Genehmigung erfolgen schriftlich und sind begrenzt (Antragstellung und Prüfung erforderlich).

Admissions
1. Online Registration: Online registration is available through the online registration link. After successful registration, an automatic confirmation is issued. The school office will contact you to submit the latest report card and required documents. 2. Trial Days and Admission Test: Primary School (Grades 1–6) require a placement test in German and Mathematics; Secondary School (Grades 7–10) require a placement test in German, Mathematics, and English; Upper Level / GIB (Grades 11–12) refer to the IB Admission Policy; Students from Abroad may have additional tests in relevant national subjects. Fees: Trial Days (3 days) 1,500 EGP; Admission Tests 1,000 EGP; Total 2,500 EGP. Payment can be made online or at the school office on the test day. Fees are non-refundable. 3. Parent Meeting: After the trial days, an invitation for a parent meeting will be issued. If you are abroad, the meeting can be conducted online. 4. Decision and Notification: The school management makes the final decision.
