Entrance advance (Anticipo por ingreso)
- The school publishes entrance advance amounts that reduce later monthly tariffs if paid on entry. Published "Comunidad" (current community) and "Comunidad Prospecto" (prospective) entrance advance amounts are shown for entry grades (PK through G7). Examples: Comunidad (PK) COP 43,800,000; Comunidad Prospecto (PK) COP 48,500,000; Comunidad (K) COP 40,700,000; Comunidad Prospecto (K) COP 45,100,000; and so on for each grade through G7 as listed in the tariff schedule.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Two payment structures are published:
- Total (1): one annual payment that covers matrícula + seguro + anuario.
- Total (2): the annual tuition (pensión) plus cafeteria and transport charges divided into nine monthly instalments — payable in September, October, November, December, January, February, March, April and May; each monthly pension instalment is due within the first fifteen days of each of those months.

Boarding / residential fees
- No boarding or residential (internado) fee line appears in the published tariff schedule; the published fees cover tuition (pensión), enrollment (matrícula), insurance, yearbook, cafeteria and transport. Boarding/residential provision is not listed as an offered paid service in the tariff documentation. (If a family requires long‑term residential accommodation it is not included as a standard school fee in the published schedule.)

Other costs (uniform, books, supplies, devices, extracurriculars)
- The published matrícula figures from Pre‑K to Grade 11 include the list of printed books and general school supplies; they do not include electronic devices or electronic supplies. The school also publishes separate guides and lists (Uniform guide; Lists of school supplies) that are managed separately from the tariff schedule and may carry additional costs for families.

Refund information
- Advance (pre‑paid) pension payments have constrained refund rights: families who opt for the advance‑payment system accept that under normal circumstances there is no right to a refund of an advance pension payment. A refund of an advance pension payment is possible only in specific cases (for example, withdrawal of the student from the school or cancellation/non‑renewal of the pupil's enrollment) and must be requested within the period established in the school's payment agreement; when a refund is made the school will deduct amounts according to the amortization schedule established in the Payment Agreement.

Fee payment methods and channels
- Payments are accepted through the school's online payment channels and the school's payment provider (electronic collection / payment gateway), and may be made by PSE (online debit from Colombian banks) or by credit card; the enrollment process accepts PSE and credit‑card payments and the school additionally provides specific bank payment instructions for in‑bank or partner bank payment where applicable. The school lists an e‑collection online payments channel for invoices and tuition payments.

Notes on inclusions
- Matrícula (enrollment) in the published schedule includes printed books and standard supplies; electronic devices are excluded. Transport and cafeteria are published as annual charges that are added to tuition and can be paid through the nine‑payment schedule.
