TRP is mandatory for families selecting Option 2 or Option 3 and optional for families selecting Option 1 (families on Option 1 who opt out must ensure full payment by the June 28 due date, otherwise TRP will be applied automatically).
- Withdrawal policy and refund liability:
- A returning student may be withdrawn on or before April 15 without penalty.
- A new student may be withdrawn on or before April 15 without penalty except the registration fee (CAD 4,000) is non-refundable.
- If a student is withdrawn between April 16 and June 1, the family is liable for the preliminary instalment and the annual facilities fee (if applicable).
- Effective June 2, the family becomes liable for all fees for the entire school year.
Billing schedule, payment terms and charges for late/non-payment

- Interest on overdue monthly account balances: 1.5% per month (18% per annum).
