- Discounts: sibling discount of 4% on the lesser tuition for each additional child of the same parents is available; other discounts for early full payment or date-limited promotions may apply as specified at registration.
- Due dates and consequences: monthly instalments are due on the first day of each month (September 1–May 1 for the standard monthly schedule). Fees outstanding beyond the stated due date (typically five days after the due date) may result in suspension or expulsion and collection actions. The June prepaid fee is non-refundable, non-transferable and not deductible from other fees.

Refunds and withdrawal policy
- Written notice of withdrawal must be received at least one month prior to the intended date of withdrawal. There is no refund or transfer of the registration fee, activity fee, or the June prepaid fee for any reason. The balance of tuition fees (where applicable) will be refunded either one month after written notice of withdrawal or from the date of withdrawal to the end of the school year, calculated on the basis of the number of full months remaining in the school year, whichever is later. Summer Camp fees are non-transferable and non-refundable once paid, except if the school cancels a program due to low enrolment—then fees paid will be fully refunded. Government orders that prevent participation may also affect refund eligibility as specified in the school's contract terms.

Late payment and other charges
- The school reserves the right to apply administrative charges for declined pre-authorized credit card payments; a declined pre-authorized credit card charge of CAD 50 is applied as set out in the school's payment authorization forms. Overdue balances may lead to suspension or expulsion and recovery actions. Parents are required to supply all postdated payments at registration where applicable.

Boarding / Residential provision

Fee payment methods and practical notes
- Accepted methods listed in enrollment materials: Visa and MasterCard (credit card), debit card, cheque, cash, and pre-authorized credit card monthly payments. Post-dated cheques and completed credit-card authorization forms are commonly used for monthly plans; parents who prefer alternatives are instructed to contact the school to arrange alternate payment methods. The school's office will normally call to arrange payment details for summer and special programs; parents are advised not to send credit-card details by unsecured email.

Wellbeing

Social and Emotional Learning (SEL)

TCPS provides a safe, supportive and caring environment that supports social and emotional development. Mental, emotional and physical health awareness is promoted through events such as the STRIVE Club's activities during Canada's Mental Health Awareness Week, including empathy-focused presentations, wellness activities and positive messages for students. The school emphasises healthy peer relationships and student well-being, with ongoing communication to families about progress and well-being through regular report cycles and parent-teacher interviews.

Special Educational Needs (SEN)

The school supports students with medical and other needs through formal policies. An Anaphylactic Policy ensures staff training in communication, risk avoidance and emergency response, with individual emergency plans for students with severe allergies signed off by staff. The Administration of Prescription Medication policy requires signed forms, medications in original bottles labelled with the student's name, and delivery of medications through the main office. Immunization records are required and must be up to date, and there are policies for communicable illnesses and returns to school with a doctor's certificate. The school also addresses safety and conduct with policies against aggressive behaviour and bullying.

English as an Additional Language (EAL)

Grades 9 and 10 first language English learners are automatically accepted into the University and IB Prep Program; for students who are not first language English learners, the school offers an ESL (English as a Second Language) program with specialized English instruction in addition to meeting Ontario Diploma requirements. Students may not enroll in grade 11 until they have completed ESL (ESLEO) or Grade 10 Academic English. This demonstrates TCPS's language support for English learners within the high school program.

Mental Wellbeing

TCPS addresses mental wellbeing through dedicated health awareness initiatives, including Mental, Emotional and Physical Health Awareness activities. The STRIVE Club organizes events, workshops and activities focused on mental health during Mental Health Awareness Week, with initiatives like empathy-themed messages and wellness activities for students.

Safeguarding

TCPS places safeguarding at the core of school life. The Elementary Handbook notes that students cannot feel unsafe or intimidated, and outlines a bullying/harassment policy, including cyberbullying, with clear consequences for conduct. The School requires immunization records and doctor's notes for health-related issues, and has procedures for administering prescribed medications and handling allergies (including two epinephrine pens for those with anaphylaxis). There are policies on communicable illness, return-to-school requirements, and strict policies for safe entry, visitor reporting, and student custody/access where applicable; the School reserves the right to take appropriate action to protect the safety and well-being of students, including potential expulsion if needed to safeguard others.
