Admissions

Step 1 Contact Admissions and Visit. Prospective families can join JPPS In Action Days or schedule a tour with Carole Delouya, JPPS-Bialik Director of Admissions, at admissions@jppsbialik.ca. These visits provide opportunities to observe teachers and students in action. Step 2 Apply. Online applications are encouraged by the deadline, as space is limited. Open Apply forms can be found on the Admissions page or via the school's application platform. Deadline to Apply: Friday, November 14, 2025. Step 3 Family interview. After the application is received, families are invited to participate in a family interview for entry into K4; Grades 1–6: the Admissions Office will contact families to schedule an interview. Step 4 Student Classroom Visit. Grades 1–6: following the Family Interview, applicants are required to attend JPPS as a Student-For-A-Day. Step 5 Admissions. The Admissions Committee reviews the application after Steps 1–4. The process is selective and all applicants are considered in accordance with the school's mission, core values, and academic standards. All applications received prior to the deadline will be given equal consideration. Families will be notified of the Admissions Committee's recommendations in December 2025. Grades 1–6: admissions decisions are made on a rolling basis, with notification within ten school days following the completion of the admissions procedure. The school teaches in English from kindergarten to secondary 5, leading to the MEQ diploma.

Scholarships

Tuition and Financial Aid. CAPS Program: Managed by Federation CJA, the Generation Funds CAPS program sets a maximum tuition fee payable for eligible families.
