Admissions

Admissions

The school accepts applications on a rolling basis, with intake running through December 5, 2025. To start, contact via the admissions enquiry page. The four‑step process is as follows: Step 1 Get in Touch; Step 2 Book a school visit for you and your child; Step 3 Decision; Step 4 Enrolment. During Step 2, a full‑day student visit pairs the child with a same‑grade buddy to attend classes and connect with peers; parents join for Morning Stretch and meet the Head of School, while the child continues their day. After the visit, an academic interview with Amanda Szabo is scheduled to understand reading, writing, and numeracy skills; the interview is informational and does not necessarily affect admission decisions. In Step 3, once the application form, fee, documents, and visits are completed, the school reviews the submission and issues a written admission decision; an enrollment offer is provided if accepted. Step 4 Enrolment requires completing and returning the documents listed in the acceptance letter by the deadline, including additional school forms, a review of volunteer and fundraising commitments, and signing and returning the contract and tuition agreement. Tuition and bursaries are described below. The school is a not‑for‑profit organization.

Scholarships

Bursaries provide up to 50% support for families with demonstrated need, with priority reserved for current families; bursaries are reassessed annually and families must reapply each year. Bursary applications are managed independently through Apple Financial. Bursary application fee is $137.50, with a submission deadline of January 31 and a bursary decision around mid‑March.
